Where we work in Henderson & the southeast valley
Henderson is Nevada's second-largest city — regularly ranked one of America's safest — and it's our whole territory. Our trucks run from Pittman to the Lake Las Vegas resort corridor daily, 89002 through 89077. We deliberately keep to our side of the valley: for Las Vegas proper, Summerlin, or the Strip, we're not your company — and that's the point. Henderson gets our full calendar, and our arrival windows stay honest.
Henderson communities we serve
If you don't see your neighborhood, call — odds are we've worked on your street.
Green Valley (89002 · 89012 · 89014)
Nevada's first master-planned community, breaking ground in 1978 — Green Valley, Green Valley Ranch, and Green Valley South. Original copper is 40+ years old, polybutylene-era stock hides in places, and repipe consultations are a steady specialty.
Anthem & Sun City Anthem (89044 · 89052)
Henderson's high-desert south side: Anthem Country Club, and Del Webb's Sun City Anthem, where original-fleet water heaters and softeners are now squarely at replacement age. 55+ expertise and patient, scheduled work.
Inspirada (89044)
Henderson's newest established master plan — craftsman streets, two-story homes, attic water heaters. New-build punch lists, softener installs, and first-failure planning for first owners.
Cadence (89011 · 89015)
The growing southeast community around the Cadence Crossing corridor. Builder-warranty follow-ups, tankless conversions, and fixture packages for new owners settling in.
Seven Hills (89052)
Golf-course community with 1990s–2000s homes and plenty of post-tension slabs. Slab-leak detection with tendon mapping, plus steady water heater and repipe work.
MacDonald Ranch & Sun City MacDonald Ranch (89052 · 89012)
An established golf community paired with Del Webb's second Henderson Sun City. Original-fleet systems, senior-friendly scheduling, and careful protection of finished floors and landscaping.
Whitney Ranch (89014)
1980s–1990s subdivisions near the Galleria corridor. Polybutylene-era plumbing, mature trees and their roots, and the honest end-of-life conversations that come with both.
Valley Vista (89015)
Established east-Henderson single-story homes with original copper, aging water heaters, and the quiet pride of a neighborhood that's been here since the early days.
Pittman (89006)
Henderson's historic north-end pocket — Pittman, Valley View, and the streets around Water Street's revival. Older laterals, careful restoration work, and respect for original character.
The Lake Las Vegas corridor & east Henderson
Lake Las Vegas (89011)
The resort-lake community on the city's east edge — SouthShore, Reflection Bay golf, and the village at MonteLago. Vacation homes and full-timers alike: fixture packages, water heaters, and softener service with HOA work-notices handled.
Downtown & Water Street (89015)
Henderson's historic core around Water Street and the civic campus — pre-war cottages to mid-century ranches, plus the new development filling in around them. Older galvanized and cast iron get a careful, preservation-minded hand.
Just beyond our core territory
Boulder City & the Hoover Dam corridor
Minutes up the Boulder Highway, Boulder City's small-town grid is close to our daily routes. Timing varies with the schedule — call and we'll confirm a window, often the same day.
Rural pockets & equestrian properties
Outlying properties on the valley's edge — wells, booster systems, and long supply runs are within our scope; same-day timing varies with distance, but the booking is easy.
